I had the honor of working with John Hernandez for 15 yrs. during my career at Dunkin' Brands. To say he was the best vendor I have ever worked with would be an understatement. John didn't just worked to meet client goals, he worked to exceed them. An example of this is if I ordered something and said to print/handle it one way, he would come back and explain that another way would work just as well but would save us money and time.
I love that he always saw saving us time and money as a win win and therefore he would willingly and eagerly show us alternative solutions that would do both of these. He always knew that long term satisfaction with him and his companies was a much better solution that making a greater profit off a few jobs.
In fifteen years, I can't remember John ever saying "we can't get the job done" no matter how tight the deadline or how difficult the project. Instead he would figure out how to bring on more people for the project, add weekend hours to his staff, or suggest ways to make the project work for our tight deadlines.

Over the past two months I've taken on two projects that required a large amount of material, estimates for production, estimates for international shipping, and coordination of getting everything to locations around the world in a timely manner. The JVJ Staff has been tremendous with this. The estimates have been fast and accurate. The material itself looks great and everything has been shipped and delivered with no issues. They also have helped with the little extras. Rushed items I forgot to order, confirmed deliveries in Saudi Arabia and Dubai and shipped an order I placed a month ahead of time to arrive less than a week before I did.
